Running And Riding

My name is Ralph. I am a light skin Black man. I am 25 years old. I am 6-4 in height and weigh 190 pounds. I recently took a computer contract job in Hartford Connecticut for a year with an additional year option.

I moved into a 4 story apartment building on Saturday. And on the second day (Monday) I had my living room and bedroom furniture delivered. On the next day my TV was delivered with other items. I went to sears department store and purchased sheets, blankets, pillows, towels etc.

So I actually had about 5 more days before I started working.

I decided to explore the surrounding areas first by car then on foot. While driving I found a nice park where I could go jogging. So on my first of the five days (Wednesday) I went to the park and started jogging. There was a nice mix of people. Some just walking others jogging and some riding bicycles. After 3 miles I stopped and starting walking to cool off. Then I drank some water before I started jogging again. As I was just into the next mile a young child ran into the pathway and directly into the path of an oncoming bicycle. The cyclist dodged the young child but crash her bike and she fell to the pavement. She laid there hurt. Her knee and elbow were bleeding. I immediately ran over to her. I asked are you alright. She did not answer. I said can I help you over to that bench , she just nodded. So I helped her up and we walked over to the bench. Then I went to pick up the bicycle. And I too sat down on the bench. Then the young child’s mother came over and said I am terribly sorry. My son just darted out in front of you causing you to crash into that garbage can. The mother then passed us a pack of tissues. The mother then told her young son to say sorry. The youngster apologized. Then both the mother and son walked away.

I then asked the young lady are you still in pain. She then spoke for the first time. She said yes my knee is killing me. I then took a few sheets of tissue and poured some of my water on it.

I told the young lady that I was going to clean up the blood running down her leg. She said thanks but I can do that. So I gave her the wet tissue and she started cleaning her knee. I then took more tissue out of the pack , poured water on it and gave it to her to clean her bleeding elbow. I then gave her some dry tissue and told her to press it against her knee for 30 seconds. That will stop the bleeding. She did as I instructed and within 30 seconds the bleeding stopped.

I then asked can I see if I can fix your bike. She said yes, thank you. I tried to straighten out the front wheel but did not have any luck with that. I said let me help you back to the front of your house. I will carry your damaged bike. She said you are so kind.

I said no problem. Then we started walking to the young lady’s house. So after walking for 30 minutes we finally arrived at the young lady’s apartment.

Now in front of her apartment, I said take care and I hope that scrape on your knee does not leave a bad scar. She said thank you for your help. And with that, I was on my way, but before I left I said to her , just one question for you. What is your name ?? She replied Indira. I then said my name is Ralph. She then said thanks for your help Ralph. And with that, I was on my way.

I started jogging back home. After 45 minutes I was home.

I jumped into the shower and had a nice long hot shower.

I then got a cold Corona beer with a slice of lime. I sat in the living room watching tv.

I then thought about the young lady that I helped in the park.

Now let me describe her. First of all she was a light skin black Indian woman. She was about 5-8 , weighed about 145, nice long legs , a real nice ass , orange sized tits, really long black shiny hair that draped her ass and finally a pretty face. I think she is about 23 or 24 years old. I could hit myself for not trying to make a move on her.

I guess I was too concerned about her to actually try hitting on her. Oh well !!!!

So now it’s Thursday. I explored more of the surrounding area with my car. Then I came home and changed into my jogging gear. I did my 5 miles and returned home. I did not see indira at all.

So on Friday after taking care of some business matters. When I finished all business matters for the day , I went back home changed into my jogging stuff. I then went jogging to do my regular 5 miles. So I am into mile 4 when indira passes me on her bike. I recognized her and said hello Indira. Indira slightly turned her head to see who said hello. Then she recognized me and stopped riding her bike. As I approach her I said I see your knee is much better. Indira said yes thank to you. Indira said I did not recognize you Ralph. I then said I recognized you very easily. Indira said and how did you recognize me so easily. Well to start that long jet black braided ponytail of yours. Secondly I will not say as I don’t want you to slap me. Indira then had a frown on her face which quickly turn to a smile. Tell me Ralph, I will not slap you. I then said first let me take two steps back away from you. Indira laughed. I then said your incredibly nice ass of yours as it sits and moves on that bicycle seat. Then indira steered at me. Then indira said Oh!!!!. I then said I meant no disrespect. I was only telling you what I saw and felt. Indira said and felt ???? I said yes and felt.

Indira said and what did you feel. I said that pretty sight made my heart race. Indira then said it was nice seeing you again Ralph, enjoy your day. And with that indira started peddling down the pathway.

Wow I hope I did not offend her.

Well I finished my 5 miles , went home , took a shower , had a cold beer and started playing music from my jazz collection. Then I made myself a cheeseburger and french fries.

I then went to the gym for a few pickup basketball games. Then went home , took a shower and retired for the night.

Saturday morning I played more basketball at a certain park. I was told that the competition there was much better. They were right. A few college players were there. My team won the first two games then lost the third. That was it for me for the day. I really enjoyed those games. As that was what I was use to when I lived in NYC. When I arrived home I took a shower and just put on shorts and chilled out.

Now it was about 2:00 and I decided to go jogging. I did my 5 miles and was walking home when I saw indira peddling towards me. I flagged her down.

I then said hi Indira and indira replied hi Ralph. I then said I hope I did not offend you the other day. Indira said not at all.

I then asked her if I could run along side of her as she rode her bike. Indira said ok, but can you keep up. I said I will try.

So I was able to keep up for about a mile. Then I started falling behind after that. What a sight to see her nice ass move from side to side as she peddled her bike. Then I said that’s it for me.

Indira then stopped and said thanks for the company. I said I really enjoyed trying to keep up with you. But I couldn’t as I started to fall behind. Indira then said and speaking of behinds , I hope you had fun looking at mine as you started running behind me. She laughed then said goodbye Ralph as she started peddling away. Wow that left me speechless, but with a smile on my face. I guess women know or can feel when a guy is steering at their ass.

So here it is Saturday night. I decided to go to the local bar and have a couple of drinks.

It turned out that basketball from a summer tournament was on cable tv. I recognized two of the players as I had just played against one of them this morning and watched another before my first game. So I had two nice gin and grapefruit juice drinks. After the televised game I return home.

So Sunday morning I went jogging around 1:30 and did my 5 miles. Disappointingly I did not run into indira. Then when I got home I did my laundry in the basement laundry room. When I finished doing my laundry. I went up stairs and prepared for my first day at work.

Monday morning I went to work.

Work was uneventful and the day slowly passed by. I got home changed and went jogging for 5 miles. Came home showered. The remainder of the work week was pretty much he same. Work, 5 mile jog, shower, tv, sleep. On Saturday I had a delivery and they did not come when the delivery was scheduled. They were 3 hours late. That pretty much shot the day for me. Sunday I went jogging. Came home and watched tv.

Monday started off as a slow day, but in the afternoon things took a turn for a great day. Our group had a meeting with the financial sector. We got to the meeting about 5 minutes late.

Upon entering the room we quickly seated ourselves. We introduced ourselves. Then the financial sector started to introduce themselves. I wasn’t paying too much attention until a voice said her name was indira. I looked up and low in behold there she was. I looked directly at her when she saw me looking at her she too smiled.

I could not truly focus as I could not take my eyes off of indira.

So now the meeting was over. I then walked up to indira and said what a pleasant surprise.

I then asked indira will I see you while riding your bike later. Indira said she only rides around 6:30-7:00 on work days and 11:00-1:00 on weekends. So if you want to watch my ass some more you have to jog at 6:30-7:00 during the week and 11:00-1:00 on weekends Then Indira and I laughed. She then said nice seeing you Ralph.

I then said could we have lunch together sometime. Indira said sometime and left.

So after work I raced home changed into my jogging gear and prepared to meet (run into) Indira in the park. So into my first mile and there is Indira peddling away. I call out to her as she passed me by. I then asked can I run along side of you while your riding. She said sure , I won’t be going too fast this time. So after 2 miles I started falling behind her again. Indira stopped and laughed and said what’s the matter you can’t keep up. Then she got off her bike and sat on a nearby bench. I then joined her. I then said thanks for stopping, I couldn’t keep up. Indira said I know, I just didn’t want you steering at my ass again and laughed. I then said I can’t help it and I told you why. Ralph let me make something clear. I am just 5 months from getting out of a relationship. I am not looking to get into one now. Your nice but I am not ready to get into a relationship. I then said WOW , we are just jogging. Indira said that’s how things start. I then said so this means you won’t have lunch with me sometime !!!

I didn’t say that, as indira blurted out. Not during work days.

Now that we got that out of the way I am ready to continue my ride. You think you can keep up this time. I said yes but if I fall behind don’t stop keep on going. And don’t be mad if I am taking in that beautiful sight of watching that lovely ass of yours as you peddle away. Indira then said you are hopeless as she peddled down the pathway. I kept up for the better part of two miles but fell behind and said good night Indira. I then finished my last half mile then headed home.

Tuesday at work I asked one of my coworkers did he know indira. He said a guy in the tax department was dating her, but don’t know the status of their relationship. Then the word was that she is a tough cookie. He then continued and said that she had a nice body and a real nice ass. I then responded and said you can say that again. Indeed what a lovely ass she has. After work I went jogging again around 6:25. I did not see indira until I was almost finished my 5 mile jog. Indira passed me by but quickly turned around as she recognized me. Indira then said hello Ralph how are you today. I said fine now that I have seen you. Indira said you are so full of..... then she finished by saying compliments. We both laughed. We then sat down on a nearby bench. I then said really it’s nice seeing you any day. So when are you going to let me take you to lunch or dinner. Indira says so it’s dinner now.

I then said whatever you want just let me know. How about this upcoming Saturday for dinner. Indira then said Saturday for lunch. I said that’s great.

How can I contact you to pick you up. Indira said in front of her apartment. I said I remember the building, so how about 12:30-12:45. Indira says ok. I then said ok let’s get started with this riding / cycling. I already did my 5 miles but want to do one more mile. So i did one mile and I stayed in front of indira. Then. Told her good night as she continued her ride.

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday came and went.

So Saturday came and I got to indira’s apartment building at 12:30 and waited for her. At 12:45 I saw her come out of the building. I got out of my car and greeted her. I told her that she really looked nice. She had on black jeans that looked like they were painted on her and a red satin blouse. She was wearing black flats. So I walked her to my car, opened the door for her and closed it. Then I walked around the car to get in.

We went to a Brazilian restaurant just on the outskirts of Hartford. I asked Indira does she she drink wine. Indira said yes , so I ordered a bottle of White Zinfandel. I also ordered for both of us. I ordered picanha steak which is top sirloin and was served grilled and sliced.

We also had Brazilian rice and beans. Indira loved the food.

I asked her when she is ready to have a relationship with someone please let me know.

Indira said you are persistent. I said with you yes I am. Indira then said I like you Ralph but there is something that you should know. I have been promised to someone in a prearranged marriage. I live with my parents in a two bedroom apartment. Your nice and I don’t want to hurt you, so that’s why I am telling you this upfront. I then said your not married yet and I want you as my woman. Wow Ralph you are very direct. Yes I have to be , it’s killing me just seeing you and not being able to touch you, hold you , kiss you feel the warmth of your body next to mine. It’s torture just running next to you. Sometimes I just want to grab you off that bike hold you and kiss your luscious lips. WOW Ralph , I did not know you felt that way. So you want to kiss me. Yes I do , in the worst way. So why don’t you come over here and do it. I slowly moved over to her side of the table and picked up her hand. I kissed the back of her hand then I kissed the palm of her hand. Then I placed my hand on indira shoulder. Then I slowly moved to kiss indira. Our lips met in slow motion. I then kissed her bottom lip , then her top lip then I slowly moved to where I could take my tongue and probe her lips to see if I could ease my tongue into her mouth. Surprisingly indira opened her mouth and accepted the entrance of my tongue into her mouth. We kissed like that for 10 seconds then I broke off the kiss. Indira still had her eyes closed after I broke off the kiss. Indira said WOW that was nice. I said yes it truly was, your lips are so soft and warm. Indira said and so was your tongue. Indira asked what are we going to order for dessert. I said indira I just had my dessert. Indira laughed. Then I too laughed. Then we were ready to order dessert. I ordered Açai (a berry is now served as a sweet and sticky sorbet-like) and Indira ordered Bolo de Rolo (numerous fine layers of cake alternated with delicious fruit filling in a roll. ).

We had coffee with our dessert.

We both enjoyed our meal and the tasty dessert. Now it was time to leave. In the car indira said what a nice lunch and thanked me. I said what a nice day and thanks for accepting my invitation. I hope we could do this again soon. Indira said man you are truly persistent.

I just smiled as we reached indira apartment complex. Indira leaned over and gave me a kiss on my cheek. Then she said thanks for a nice day and with that she said goodbye. Damn she left me high and dry. Oh well. At least I got to feel her soft lips as I kissed her in the restaurant. So Saturday night all I could do was to think about Indira and the day we had.

Sunday I got up early to go to the park for some pickup basketball games. Damn we lost the first game and it was a long wait to play again , so I left the basketball courts. I then went home took a quick shower then had a grilled cheese sandwich and orange juice. Then I put on my jogging gear. 5 minutes into my run Indira rides by. She says you have to catch me. I said damn she wants to play today. So I raced to catch her. I was slowly catching up to her. I finally caught her and she stopped. I was huffing and puffing. Indira was laughing and said are you alright. I said I will be as I knelt down to catch my breath. Then we found a bench to sit on. I said how are you today. Indira said I am ok. I wanted to ask you out to dinner.

I promise you will have a great time. My friends at work recommended an excellent restaurant to go to. I was really hoping that you would accept my invitation to dinner. Ralph you don’t give up. Ok I will go to dinner with you. How about next Friday night. Indira said fine. I then asked Indira for her phone number which she gave to me. I then gave Indira my phone number. Now Indira said ok buddy let’s go. I kept up with Indira for the first two miles. Then I was privileged to watch that glorious ass peddling down the pathway. I said bye as she slowly moved off into the distance. I did my last two miles and was walking back when Indira rode bye. I called out to her but she kept on riding and she was moving fast. I finally reached home , took a shower and had a nice Corona with lime. I then turn on the tv and chilled out for the evening.

Monday at work , my coworker showed me the guy who Indira was dating. I immediately said so she like tall guys. I told my coworker thanks. The rest of the day went by quickly as our project was actually ahead of schedule. So I got home and changed into my jogging gear and headed back out. Before I could actually start jogging Indira rode right up to me and said hi Ralph. I was totally surprised. I then said hi Indira this is a first. Indira said she started off early today. I told her that I made reservations for Friday night at 7:30 is that ok with you, if so I will pick you up at 7:00 ok. Then Indira said that would be fine. I then said why so early today. Indira said I wanted to get back into the house early.

With that I will let you go. I then did my 5 miles , went home took a shower and went to the local bar. I watched the baseball game and had a few gin and grapefruit juice drinks. I left for home before the game was over.

Tuesday was an interesting day as we had another meeting with the financial sector again. I then was hoping to see Indira but she was not present. After work I went jogging and like clockwork Indira passed me by when I was into my second mile. I said hi Indira , she stopped and we chatted for awhile. I said there was a meeting between our groups today but I did not see you. Indira said only part of her group was needed for that meeting. Indira then said did you miss me. Yes I did miss you. I was disappointed not seeing you at the meeting. I then asked would you mind if I called you from time to time. Indira said you have my number and smiled. I told her remember when you are ready for a relationship you better call me first. Indira said “I better”. I said yes you better.

Then Indira got on her bicycle and peddled down the pathway. I just stood there and looked at the nice ass of hers. I thought, it would be nice to be that bicycle seat.

Wednesday and Thursday passed by and it was now Friday. I immediately went home took a shower, shaved and put on a nice dark green suit with a black crew collar T shirt.

I then got to Indira’s apartment complex at 6:55. I then phoned her to let her know I was downstairs. Indira said she would be down in 5 minutes. As Indira approach my car she was looking fabulous. She had on black pants, a white satin blouse and black low heeled shoes. She also had a black sweater and of course that long jet black braided ponytail draped over her left shoulder. I got out of my car and greeted Indira. I said WOW you look fantastic. I then opened the car door for her as she entered my car. Once I got back into the car , I once again said you look fantastic , damn. Indira said thanks.

We then arrived at Carbone's a nice Italian restaurant a bit pricy but nice. No jacket and tie was required.

We were seated quickly and I immediately asked indira what she wanted to drink. Indira said that wine that you ordered when we had lunch. So I ordered a bottle of White Zinfandel. I was really glad that they had my favorite brand of Zinfandel, Sutter Home. Indira ordered chicken parmigiana and spaghetti. I ordered veal scallapini Marsala. We had great dishes and I was making Indira laugh all night long. Then we had dessert. I had vanilla ice cream and apple pie. She had spumoni. I got the check and did a double take , but played it off as a regular check. I gave them my credit card and when they came back I gave them a 15 percent tip on top of the 135 dollars. Then we left , Indira said she really enjoyed this nice restaurant and your company. I said I am glad you enjoyed yourself. That is two nice places that you have taken me to and I loved both of them. I said good so I will find another nice place to take you when we go out again. Indira said who said we are going out again. “I Did”.

You know you enjoyed yourself and I enjoyed making you happy. Indira said you are persistent. I said when it comes to you I certainly am. So I drove back to Indira’s apartment and walked her to the front door. I say goodnight and watch her walk into the lobby. I tell her to call me when she gets upstairs. As I walked away , Indira calls me I turn and she motions with one of her fingers to come here. So I slowly walk towards her when I got there Indira says I just wanted to thank you and kisses me. I look at her as or eyes met and I kiss her with a lot of passion. Then I break the kiss and say goodnight gorgeous. I then sat in my car and waited for her to call me saying that she is now in her apartment. I then take off and I am on my way home. When I got home I got out of the suit and just chilled. What a nice evening. I then feel asleep right in that chair in the living room

So it’s Saturday morning and I went jogging early. Then I went swimming. And then I had lunch. I had a lamb gyro and ice tea.

Then I walked back to my apartment. When I got there I watched tv for a while. Then my phone rang. I said hello , and to my surprise it was Indira. I said hi gorgeous what a nice surprise. I asked Indira how come she was not out riding. She told me she had too much wine and did not feel like riding today. I asked her so what are you going to do today. She said absolutely nothing. I said that’s a-shame. I then ask do you want to hang out with me today. Indira said and do what. I said we will think of something. Indira said pick her up at 1:30.

I went to the market and got seedless grapes, strawberries, sharp cheaper cheese and a bottle of Sutter Home White Zinfandel. I then washed the fruit. I got two blankets , two plastic cups , napkins , paper plates and a plastic knife.

So I picked Indira up at 1:30. Indira asked where are we going. I then said you will see. We drove to the park and I parked the car. She saw all the stuff I had and realized that we are going on a picnic and she smiled. Indira said you are full of surprises. I looked at her and said I love that glow that is on your face. I then spread out one of the blankets on the grass and placed all of the fruits , plates etc on the blanket. Then we sat on the blanket. I started playing jazz off of my phone.

I pulled out some wipes to clean my hands. Indira asked for some of the wipes too.

I told Indira that I am glad sheliked yesterday’s dinner date. She said she did and the food was great. Then she asked me what I liked. I said when our lips met as we kissed and the softness of your lips. Indira said I like that too. Then I picked up a strawberry and fed it to indira.

She smiled. Then I asked her if she wanted some wine. She said yes to that. I then poured us each a glass of wine. I then put the stiff board between us so that we could put the glasses on the board. Then I started slicing some of the cheese. I made two plates consisting of cheese and fruits. Indira said you are persistent. I said I just want to make you happy. Are you happy ?? Indira said yes. I said then that’s a good thing now, have some wine. After two glasses of wine , Indira now lays down on the blanket. I then moved the food and wine to one end of the blanket and I too lay down on the blanket, right beside Indira. So indira says this is a nice surprise and then follows that up with a question. Ralph why do you want to be more than just friends with me. You are very persistent. I then said beside you having one of the prettiest faces , the softest of lips , those enchanting eyes and the prettiest jet black hair. That long braided ponytail that drapes over your left shoulder. Not to mention those lovely long legs and most of all that nice round juicy ass of yours. I know I if you let me love you , you will never get tired of my love. So I absolutely knew for sure I wanted that when when I kissed you, the softest of lips. I wanted to slide my tongue into your tantalizing mouth and play tongue tag with your tongue but did not want to be too aggressive. That is why I want to be just more than friends. Indira then said that she was not ready for a relationship. I then said, I know what you said, but think about the great times you have had with me. Think about our almost daily meetings in the park. Indira said I know that is why I can’t see you anymore.

I then said your afraid of me , your afraid that you might fall in love with me. It’s been 5-6 months since you broke up with your boyfriend. I don’t know the circumstances nor do I care. Indira then tells me that the reason they broke up is because she is a 23 year old virgin and after 6 months she did not want to give up her virginity, so her boyfriend Allan broke off their relationship. I told her I don’t care. I won’t judge him but he did not love you enough.

Indira once again says she can’t see me anymore. I then said if that is what you want then fine. But that will not stop me from caring about you. So with all of that being said we packed up everything and I dropped Indira off in front of her apartment building and drove off.

Saturday started off good but ended up not being so good. As a matter of fact it ended up horribly. After dropping Indira off I stopped at my local watering hole. I had 3 gin and grapefruit juice as I watched the baseball game on tv. Then I went home and thought about what had transpired in the park today. I then had a Corona beer with lime and continued to watch the game. So Indira said she doesn’t want to see me anymore. Damn I was grounded even before I could take off. What a shame.

Sunday came I went to play basketball. Then went home. At 7:30 I went jogging thereby making sure that I did not run into Indira. Monday thru Friday I went jogging extra late around 7:45 at night. The same the next week. The next week I was running and indira rode past me and stopped. Indira looked back and waited for me to catch up to her. When I finally got to where she had stopped. I ran right pass her as I continued my 5 mile run.

Monday at work we had another meeting with the financial sector. There was Indira trying to avoid my gaze. She seemed very uncomfortable. After the meeting I packed up my stuff and immediately left the meeting. That evening I went for my regular jog. Came home had a beer and listened to some of my jazz. Later that evening I got a call , I said hello , then I recognized the voice. It was Indira she said hi Ralph it’s Indira. I then said how are you. She replied she was ok. I then said and what do I owe this call to. Indira said that she was sorry for cutting off our meetings, but she had to. I said why did you feel you had to. She replied because I really started to like you and did not want my feeling to go down that road. I am sorry Indira but my feelings were already down that road. So again why are you calling me. I thought that was established already. So again why are you calling me. Then indira said goodby Ralph.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday was my regular jogging routine. I did not run into Indira.

Friday I went to the happy hour at my local watering hole. Had more than a few gin and grapefruit juice drinks and stumbled home. I fell asleep right on the living room couch.

Saturday came and it was going to rain later so I started jogging earlier in the day. Who do I run into , no other than the one and only tough cookie Indira. She says hi Ralph and starts to ride along side of me. She continues to talk but I do not respond to anything she has said. She says why won’t you talk to me. I said goodby Indira. She races up in front of me puts her bicycle down and confronts me as I approach her. She blocks my path and grabs my arm. I then try to run around her. I then say you got what you wanted, so why are you doing this. You can’t have it both ways. I really like you. More than you could imagine. I want you to be my woman. You on the other hand don’t want to have a relationship based on your last experience. It’s been over 5 or 6 months and you can’t live in a shell forever, however I respect your decision. So if you will excuse me I would like to finish my run. Indira grabs me and kisses me. She shoves her tongue into my mouth. I break the kiss off and say do you think I am a light switch where you can turn me off and on at your will. I then continue my jogging.

When I got home I had a Corona beer with lime and then another and then one more. Damn that girl, she thinks I am her yoyo. I don’t play that shit.

I certainly would not do that to her or anyone else. Then I take a shower and chill out while listening to some jazz. Then my phone rings. I said hello and then I hear Indira’s voice. She says hello Ralph can you just listen to me for 3 minutes. I replied, look you got what you wanted, so leave me alone. I am not a yoyo. Then Indira started crying. That kind of got to me. Ok what do you have to say. Indira then said can I please come over and talk to you. I gave in. I gave her my address.

I then put on some gym shorts and a T shirt and picked up my sweaty jogging gear. 45 minutes later Indira arrived. I buzzed her in the front door. Two minutes later my doorbell rings. I open the door and say hello Indira. She says hello Ralph. I then say come in and have a seat. I then sit at the opposite end of the couch. I then say so let’s hear what you have to say. Ralph first of all let me tell you about my recent boyfriend. His name is Allan, he was very nice and treated me good. We dated a little over 5 months.

After 5 months he really got frustrated and his attitude towards me changed. He became more demanding too.
